Nigro Construction Celebrating Women in Construction Week
The construction industry is evolving, and women are playing a pivotal role in shaping its future. While still underrepresented, they are stepping into leadership roles, driving innovation and redefining what a career in construction looks like. Companies like Nigro Construction are proud to champion this progress, actively working to create opportunities, shift perceptions and support women in building long-term careers in the industry.

Women in Construction Week (March 3–9, 2025) is a moment to recognize the contributions of women in construction and the ongoing work needed to support their growth. This year’s Women in Construction Week theme, “Together We Rise,” celebrates the strength, knowledge, and unity of women and their vital role in shaping the future of the construction industry. Nigro Construction recognizes the contributions of women in the industry and remains committed to creating opportunities that support the growth and success of all employees.
To honor the hardworking women on its team, Nigro Construction hosted a celebratory lunch on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. The women of Nigro, spanning roles in finance, project management, engineering, marketing and more, play an essential role in supporting the company’s mission and success. Their contributions help drive projects forward, strengthen company culture and inspire the next generation of women in construction.
