Women in Construction Week: Building the Next Generation of Industry Leaders
While women remain underrepresented in construction, the profession continues to evolve, creating new pathways for individuals from a wide range of professional backgrounds to enter the industry. As a commercial construction company serving Southern Nevada for more than 40 years, Nigro Construction is proud to support that progress by creating opportunities for mentorship, career development and industry awareness for the next generation of construction professionals.
Nigro Construction Team Members Featured on KTNV During Women in Construction Week
During Women in Construction Week, Nigro Construction project managers Kayla Danielson and Caitlin Johnson were featured in a segment on KTNV Channel 13 highlighting the growing role of women in the construction industry across Southern Nevada.
The interview took place at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott construction site in North Las Vegas, where Danielson and Johnson help lead project coordination and management efforts.
