We maintain an unlimited general contractor’s license which has allowed us to complete single construction projects in excess of $100 million. We have built over 1 billion dollars of new construction, which includes retail, office, medical and industrial projects.

We believe the planning, permitting and the design phase of any construction project is as important as the construction itself. We work diligently to ensure that all necessary requirements of the Building Department are met prior to the start of construction. We maintain architectural expertise in-house not just for the permitting process, but also to provide detail on the plans including all aspects of the project and any repairs necessary to ensure all project managers, superintendents, and sub-contractors understand the scope of the project. The amount of time and effort we spend on the pre-construction phase also includes anticipating the needs of the client.
